Greetings from the Orange Zone! Just finished yet another Orange Theory workout and now I’m ready to kick off my day.

Have you tried OTF yet?? Seriously people get in a studio if you haven’t. I spent the year trying every workout under the sun and nothing works like OTF. There is a reason these studios are popping up all over the country.

I know trying a new workout is very overwhelming. But this is one you have to try. No matter your age, weight, or fitness level get your butt in these orange rooms. You don’t have to be a runner. You don’t have to be a weight lifter.

I do OTF 5 days a week (5am class in Davenport if you want to come visit me!!) the reason it works is that it is high interval intensity training (look it up it’s what everyone swears by) in a guided environment (so you don’t screw it up!)

It’s a one hour class so if you are a super busy person maybe try fitting one or two classes in a week and you will not only notice physical changes but you will “feel your health”. Let me put it this way you can go to the gym 7 days a week and putt putt around or you can come in OTF and spend one hour and you’ll see more results.

You know I’m no salesperson because I think everyone has to find their own path but I definitely can’t stop telling you about OTF because it is simply life changing. So try it and let me know what you think!
